Returns

We are proud of our curated collection and hope that you will love your item as much as we do. But in the case of a return here are our policies:

Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase of Danish design! For a full refund of any unused, undamaged item please contact us at louise@shopkontrast.com within 48 hours of receipt. You can return your items within 21 days of receiving the order for a full refund on the merchandise cost.

PLEASE NOTE that on all furniture and lighting we charge a 15% restocking fee once the order has been processed and shipped. We do not refund original and return shipping charges. 

All products bought as samples are FINAL SALE only.

Damages: Sometimes damages do occur during the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please save all packaging and email us at louise@shopkontrast.com to file a claim. We will arrange replacement or return of the item.
